Description: This data contains the boundaries for the City of Savannah Enterprise Zones (EZ) and the West Downtown Opportunity Zone. Businesses located within these zones may be eligible for tax abatement or job tax credits through a program managed by the City’s Office of Business Opportunity. The EZs include MLK/Montgomery, Waters Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Sustainable Fellwood (expired 12/31/17).Census Tract 43 was removed from the Military Zone on 12/31/17.Last edited 1/11/2018.Available for download on the SAGIS Open Data website (www.sagis.org).
